
Asha Bhandarker

Dr. Bhandarker is one of the prominent researchers and scholars in India in the field of Org Behavior, HR, and Leadership and Change Management. She was a professor at MDI-Gurgaon and IMI-Delhi.
She was a senior Fulbright Fellow at the Darden School of Business and at George Mason University in Virginia, USA.
She was an Independent Director on the Board of Punjab National Bank and is currently an HR expert on the Board of Bank of Maharashtra. Further, she has worked closely with the Banking sector and Corporate sector as a member of their selection committees for senior levels, consulting (competency mapping and assessment, culture building, HR initiatives), coaching and mentoring, as well as training for senior levels (public and private sector) to build leaders and teams.
She has also received many awards for academic contributions throughout her career.

- M.A. – Psychology with specialization in Industrial Psychology and Organizational Behaviour, Osmania University, Hyderabad
- Advanced behavioural science and coaching training from Tavistock Institute, UK; NTL labs USA; and from the Jungian Coaching School, Israel
Experience
40 plus years of experience in research, teaching, and HR consulting, having worked as Professor and Dean in leading management schools like MDI-Gurgaon and IMI-Delhi.
