Dijoy Johny

Dr. Dijoy Johny is an academic in the field of Decision Science and Operations Management with a strong interdisciplinary foundation in management, quantitative methods, and engineering. He completed his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, where his research focused on servitization, supply chain coordination, drone-based decision-making, and multilevel modelling in B2B ecosystems. He holds an M.Tech in Control Systems from the College of Engineering Trivandrum under APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, where he secured first rank, and a B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics Engineering (Honours) from Mahatma Gandhi University. He also has industry experience as a Control System Engineer Trainee at Tata Elxsi, where he worked on electric motor control algorithms. His research has been published in reputed journals such as Industrial Marketing Management, International Journal of Production Research, and Management Decision. His broader academic interests include operations and supply chain analytics, decision-making under uncertainty, structural equation modelling, and interdisciplinary quantitative research.
