Dr. Mukesh Narmetta is an Assistant Professor in the Management Information Systems area at Mahindra University, School of Management (SoM). His research interests include enterprise systems implementation (multi-level analysis) and business process change, digitally enabled sharing economy (BoP) models, and technology-enabled remote (hybrid work). His focus of research work is to understand the impact of technology on society in general and business organizations in particular through a socio-technical perspective.

Before joining School of Management, Mahindra University, Mukesh worked with Tata Consultancy Services as a developer, production support executive, scrum master and business analyst.

Besides academia, Dr. Mukesh takes an interest in painting and photography. He is a numismatist too.

Dr. Rajesh B is an accomplished academic with over a decade of experience in higher education, specializing in machine learning, big data, analytics, and image processing. His work includes studying the role of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MGNREGS) in preventing distress migration and its economic and environmental impact, funded by RDPR Karnataka. Dr. Shahid Bashir is a recipient of the University Gold Medal from the Central University of Kashmir and the Maulana Azad National Doctoral Fellowship awarded by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi. He has successfully qualified the UGC-NET in Economics on four consecutive attempts.
With four years of teaching experience, Dr. Shahid has taught undergraduate, postgraduate, and research students across a range of courses, including theoretical and applied econometrics, financial econometrics, microeconomics, statistical methods for economics, and data analytics. His research specialisation includes Macroeconomics and Environmental Economics. His doctoral thesis, titled “Twin Deficit Hypothesis: An Econometric Investigation for India,” reflects his expertise in empirical macroeconomic analysis.
Dr. Shahid has published research papers in ABDC, Scopus, and Web of Science (WOS) indexed journals, primarily in the fields of macroeconomics, health economics, and growth economics. He has also co-authored a book titled “Data Economy in the Digital Age” published by Springer. He has actively presented his research at numerous national and international conferences and has participated in various faculty development programmes and workshops. His scholarly contributions have been recognised through two Best Paper Awards at international conferences.
He is a life member of The Indian Econometrics Society (TIES), the World Economics Association (United Kingdom), and the Indian Economics and Allied Sciences Association (IEASA). Dr. Muneer Shaik is an Associate Professor in Economics & Finance at Mahindra University, School of Management. He has taught courses in finance for undergraduate, MBA, and Ph.D. level students. He acted as a resource person for various management development programs conducted for multinational corporates like RBS, Larsen & Toubro, Murugappa Group, and AstraZeneca. His teaching interests are incorporate finance, financial time series analysis, computational finance, econometrics, financial data analytics, derivatives, and risk management.

Dr. Muneer Shaik has research interests are in the area of empirical finance, market efficiency, volatility, global financial markets, and applications of machine learning in finance. So far, he has 17 research publications in international indexed (ABDC, Scopus, SSCI, ESCI) peer-reviewed journals. He also handles funded research projects and actively participates in national and international conferences. He is open to collaborating and engaging in research projects with both academia and industry.

Manish Gupta (Ph.D., UGC-JRF, MBA) is an Associate Professor at School of Management, Mahindra University. He has taught- at undergraduate, post graduate, and doctoral levels. His teaching areas include HRM, OB, HR analytics, and competency mapping. Apart from teaching, he also has industry experience.

His Ph.D. thesis is in the area of ‘work engagement’. His current research interests include engagement through gamification and agile HRM. Manish is a recipient of UGC-JRF and NET certificate. He is an Article Editor for Sage Open and Editorial Team Member of Journal of Global Information Management, Advances in Developing Human Resources, Cogent Business and Management, International Journal of Knowledge Management, Journal of Electronic Commerce in Organizations, and International Journal of Cyber Behavior, Psychology and Learning.

He has been a Guest Editor for several journals published by Emerald, Wiley, Sage, Elsevier, etc. ranging from ABDC-A* to C. He has won the Top Peer Reviewer 2019 award by Publons, USA (Web of Science), AIMS International Outstanding Young Management Researcher Award 2019, and ADHR best issue of 2018 award by AHRD, USA. His work has received media coverage in national and international magazines, newspapers, blogs and news channels. He has research papers, textbooks, reference books, book chapters, and teaching cases to his credit.

He has convened an international conference and has conducted multiple management development programs.
