Dr. Bhandarker is one of the prominent researchers and scholars in India in the field of Org Behavior, HR, and Leadership and Change Management. She was a professor at MDI-Gurgaon and IMI-Delhi.

She was a senior Fulbright Fellow at the Darden School of Business and at George Mason University in Virginia, USA.

She was an Independent Director on the Board of Punjab National Bank and is currently an HR expert on the Board of Bank of Maharashtra. Further, she has worked closely with the Banking sector and Corporate sector as a member of their selection committees for senior levels, consulting (competency mapping and assessment, culture building, HR initiatives), coaching and mentoring, as well as training for senior levels (public and private sector) to build leaders and teams.

Mr. Debopam Chakrabarti is a Professor of Practice in the School of Management. He has more than 38 years of Industry experience and worked with multiple top business schools as visiting faculty in Supply Chain and business analytics.

Mr. Chakrabarti has previously worked with Deloitte and worked other multiple global giants on their Supply Chain and Operation transformation, and he is a well-known name in the Supply Chain Consulting area. He was also leading the Global Consulting and Advisory business to build the global strategy for the firm

He also worked with Mukand, a big name in machine building and steel, in the areas of Product Design, manufacturing, inventory and process planning and one of the pioneers of computerization in the 80’s for product design and manufacturing.

Mr. Chakrabarti is passionate about developing future leaders and worked as the guest faculty in several esteemed business schools with great recall value from the colleges. His Industry and Society focused teaching approach has received applause from the student communities, and he continues to mentor them on a regular basis.

Dr. Nilanjan Banik is currently a Professor of Economics and Finance at the School of Management, at Mahindra University. He earned his Ph.D. in Economics from Utah State University, USA and a Master of Economics from Delhi School of Economics, India. Prof. Banik works focuses on the application of time series econometrics in issues relating to international trade, market structure and development economics. His other area of work focuses on the `rules’ part of WTO; especially examining the non-tariff barriers aspect of GATT/WTO agreements. Presently, he is working in the area of India’s growth and development spatial nexus.

    Dr. Racherla is a Professor and Associate Dean and Head of the Department (Digital Technologies) at Mahindra University School of Management. He is a digital Transformation/Strategy consultant and trainer, and worked with several multi-national firms and start-ups in India and the United States.

    Dr. Racherla is an empaneled ‘Visiting Professor’ for EMBA and Executive Education programs at Indian School of Business, XLRI, SPJain Global (Dubai & Singapore), and Greatlakes Institute of Management. He worked with SPJain Global to design a ‘Digital Marketing and Metrics’ PG Program that was launched in Mumbai and subsequently, Dubai.

    Till 2015, he was the Director of Post-Graduate Programs at Woxsen School of Business, Hyderabad. Prior to joining Woxsen, he was the Gene Edwards Professor of Banking and Assistant Professor of Marketing at West Texas A&M University.

    He received several awards and honors for his research and teaching. His 2015 research article was recognized as one of the Top 50 most downloaded and cited works across 500 business journals in the world (Emerald Citation of Excellence). In 2010 and 2011, he received the West Texas A&M University Research excellence award and the Texas A&M system teaching excellence award. Other awards include best doctoral researcher awards at Fox Business School.

    Dr. Anadi Pande is a unique amalgam of industry and academics. He has been Professor of Strategic Management at IIM Lucknow over three periods: 2000-2006; 2014-15; 2016-2024. He has been awarded ‘Best Teacher’ of IIM Lucknow twice. He has created several unique elective courses in Strategic Management, besides creating a popular General Management course titled “Wisdom of Indian Philosophy”, which was rated the best ‘non-Conventional course’ in 2023. He has published in national and international journals of repute, besides presenting papers in prestigious conferences including at Academy of Management, Boston. He and his co-author received the best paper award in an international conference on entrepreneurship.

    In 2003, he and his team were awarded by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India for writing the draft ‘Manufacturing Policy for India’

    He established IIM Jammu in its formative years from 2017-2018 as its Convener, while IIM Jammu was under the guidance of IIM Lucknow. He set up the physical infrastructure at Jammu University, took charge of all the administrative process, set up the MBA program and its curriculum as the Chairman-MBA, hired the faculty members, set up academic processes, conducted the first convocation in March 2018, ensured successful placements of the graduating students, admitted the third batch, created a benchmark dual degree international immersion program with European Business Schools in shoe string budget.

    At IIM Lucknow, he revitalized and built up a remarkably successful incubator as a ‘Not for Profit’ company; (https://iimlincubator.com/). He revitalized it in 2019 with new governance, Vision, Mission, values, today it boasts of about 110 startups which have created wealth and jobs for the nation.

    Dr. Pande has extensive industry experience of approximately 25 years. He worked with Tata Motors (and other Tata companies) for 16 years and was promoted to leadership positions through fast-track scheme of the company in 1992. He was Head of Project Planning at its 600-acre Lucknow plant during its creation and later was ‘Factory Owner’ of its Vehicle Assembly factory.

    He worked at Hero MotoCorp for 8 years as Head of Corporate Planning and Corporate HR. He led separation negotiations with Honda, and built global technology alliances for the company’s R&D. He executed world’s largest two-wheeler factory at Haridwar as Head.

    Dr. Pande has deep IR experience and has signed several wage agreements with several labor unions in Haryana.

    In 2014 he was at Larsen & Toubro, Mumbai, as Head – Corporate Strategy/Initiatives. Later he joined Hero Cycles as Director, Corporate Strategy and Corporate HR. Here he participated in acquisition of a British company, Avocet Sports (Now Incyte Cycles), Manchester, UK, and joined its Board of Directors as executive director.

    Dr. Pande is an independent director on the Board of couple of Indian companies and is an Honorary Trustee on both charitable and for-profit Trusts.
