Jamie Anderson is a Visiting Faculty in Executive Education at Mahindra University. Jamie Anderson is Professor of Leadership & Strategy at Antwerp Management School and Visiting Professor at INSEAD. Jamie has held permanent and visiting positions at London Business School, IMD, ESMT Berlin, Indian School of Business, and the University of Melbourne.

He was named as a “Management Guru” in the Financial Times, and listed as one of the world’s top 25 management thinkers by Business Strategy Review journal. A three-time TED Speaker, Jamie’s research and teaching focuses on the interconnectedness between creativity, innovation, leadership and change. Olivier Tabatoni is a Professor of Finance at IAE Aix-en-Provence, France. He is an Associate Fellow from the Saïd Business School, Oxford University, U.K and adjunct Professor at HEC Paris, France. He was Visiting Professor at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management, Northwestern University and at the Haas Business School, University of California, Berkeley.

He has also taught in leading universities and business schools from Europe to the Far East; he regularly teaches in Bangkok, Beijing, Hong-Kong, Hyderabad and Shanghai. He has won awards for excellence in the classroom on numerous occasions. He also received the Kellogg-WHU Executive MBA Best Teacher Award.

Olivier Tabatoni holds a Doctorate in Analysis and Economic Calculus from the University of Aix-Marseille. He received his Master in Finance and his Ph.D. in Finance and Quantitative Analysis from New York University’s Stern School of Management. He is a fellow from the Ford Foundation.

His current research interests are with Profitable Growth, Real Options, Value Creation, Strategic Flexibility and Change management. More generally it focuses on the interactions between Strategy, Finance and Leadership.

Professor Tabatoni has also been involved in designing and teaching executive programs for large multinational organizations all over the world. Vani is an architect and designer licensed in California, retired to travel the world for wildlife and birding. Her career in India and later in the United States, she has taken on roles as product designer, entrepreneur, healthcare architect, project manager, subject matter expert, consultant to hospitality industry etc. As a designer and architect for the past three and half decades, She had always endeavored to find out how her design and execution impacted the lives of the people, using products or the spaces they have created. She along with her husband have traveled from the remote jungles of Indonesia, Borneo and Africa to the pristine wilderness of the Artic and Antarctic. Now watching the human impact on the wildlife environment, her role to protect this great biodiversity is even more urgent and the need to tap into her experience more salient and nuanced. Using the power images and messaging she hopes to inspire the inheritors of the earth with her wisdom and experience of how one can sustain our rich inheritance of the diversity of this planet.

Dr. Herold P.C. is an Assistant Professor at the School of Design Innovation, Mahindra University. Pramod is an Assistant Professor at the School of Design Innovation at Mahindra University, Hyderabad.

Along with being an Academic Facilitator, Pramod is a Researcher, Industrial and Service Designer, and Social Entrepreneur. He works in academia and social development, with prominent prior experience in academic-industry projects, menstrual health, and art and craft. His expertise is in Participatory Action and Social Innovation. He has co-founded ventures, namely Care Form Labs Pvt Ltd (Onpery), and Kala Form.

Pramod received Special Mention in Forbes India 30under30 (Design category) 2024. He also received the Outstanding Alumnus Award 2024 from MIT Art Design and Technology University and the ‘Jharkhand Gaurav Samman’ by Prabhat Khabar in 2024, which was presented by the Governor of Jharkhand.

Pramod served as the Principal Investigator (PI) for a project on redesigning the menstrual cup and menstrual disc at Care Form Labs Pvt. Ltd., primarily funded by the BIG-16 Grant (Biotechnology Ignition Grant Scheme) from BIRAC, Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, from 2020 to 2022.

Sanya Donald is an interdisciplinary designer and educator with deep-rooted expertise in fashion innovation, textiles, and design education. Her professional journey spans India’s functional apparel and technical textile industries to the refined realms of couture and bridal wear in Germany—forming a design continuum that bridges cultural insight with global sensibility.

She holds a master’s in design from the National Institute of Design (NID) and is a graduate of the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), bringing academic excellence and industry relevance into every learning environment.

With a passion for reimagining the role of fashion in contemporary society, Sanya empowers the next generation of designers to think critically, create consciously, and innovate with purpose. Sanya focuses on developing future-ready design curricula, fostering cross-disciplinary dialogue, and guiding young designers to think beyond aesthetics toward impact and intent.

She brings a unique perspective to design education, rooted in her industry experience designing functional apparel and healthcare products at Vissco. Her work focuses on how thoughtful design can improve comfort, mobility, and dignity—especially in health and wellbeing contexts. As part of a research collaboration with IIT Delhi, she worked on the development of assistive wearables for autistic children, deepening her engagement with user-centered and inclusive design.

Her professional journey also includes hands-on experience in bespoke fashion studios in Germany, where she worked closely with master craftsmen to understand the precision, detail, and emotional value embedded in couture and bridal wear. This exposure deepened her appreciation for slow fashion, craftsmanship, and the intimate relationship between maker, material, and wearer. Bhanu Prakash Busagari is an award-winning short film director in both animation and live-action films. His recent stop frame animation short film “Will with Wings” has won 2nd prize at competition by AIDWA and it was also shortlisted in MIFF 2024 competition. His previous short films have won many awards including Best Director award too. Bhanu Prakash likes to make stories with stop frame animation using Indian Handicraft toys specially Kondapalli toys to promote them. He was the founder of his startup studio called Horse cart studio and designed logos for few companies and one of them is for Hyderabad Metro. He has 16+ years of experience in Industry and Education field. In this AI generation where things are happening with click of a button and making students impatient, Bhanu Prakash tries to make students unflappable by training them with hands on experience in stop frame animation. He tries to maintain balance with Indian Handicrafts and latest digital technology. He likes making furniture design, miniature handicrafts, interior designing, bicycling, playing chess and caroms.

  • He is an Assistant Professor at Mahindra University, After receiving his Masters at NID along with Pride of NID 2007 Award, Mr.Bhanu Prakash Busagari joined DQ Entertainment animation company at Hyderabad as a Concept Art Designer and storyboard artist for 2years.
