Dr. Vinay Sharma is an Associate Professor at the School of Law, Mahindra University, with postgraduate degrees in both Commerce and Law from Osmania University and a Ph.D. in Law (Constitutional Law) from Telangana University. He has over a decade of teaching and 15+ years of administrative and corporate training experience, with expertise in accounting, banking, insurance, direct and indirect taxes, cyber laws and emerging technology laws (cryptocurrency, drones), and has trained bank officers (JAIIB/CAIIB) and corporate employees at firms like Infosys, Satyam, and Regal Beloit.

Vinay Sharma

Associate Professor

Vinay Sharma has a multi varied academic and administrative career in which he holds Commerce and Law Post-Graduations from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He has worked in administrative and academic capacities in various institutions of repute. He also has trained Bank Officers at the JAIIB and CAIIB levels. His area of interest along with his expertise is in Accounting, Management, Banking, Insurance, Direct and Indirect Taxes, Cyber Laws and emerging technology laws like cryptocurrency, drones etc. He has completed his Ph.D. in Indirect Tax Laws with special reference to the Distribution of Financial Powers
