Programme overview 

The B.Sc. in cardiovascular technology at Mahindra University, offered in collaboration with Apollo Healthcare Academy, is a 4-year programme designed to prepare students for modern cardiac care. It combines strong foundations in cardiovascular science with hands-on technical training, enabling students to build clinical competence & industry readiness.

Foundations in cardiovascular science and clinical practice

The programme builds a strong academic base in cardiovascular science, aligned with NCAHP guidelines, integrating theoretical learning with structured clinical exposure.

Hands-on training and simulation-based learning

Students train in advanced laboratories with access to simulation-based environments, developing practical skills in ECG, echocardiography, cardiac catheterisation and interventional procedures.

Clinical immersion through Apollo network

Learners undergo clinical rotations and internships across Apollo hospitals, gaining real-world experience under the guidance of experienced faculty and healthcare professionals.

Career readiness in cardiac care

Graduates are prepared for roles in cardiac care units, electrophysiology labs, diagnostic centres and advanced cardiology departments, supported by placement assistance and access to Apollo’s alumni network.
