Mahindra University invites applications for the role of Faculty Associate – Embedded Systems & Firmware under the Bajaj Engineering Skills Training (BEST) Program. Position: Faculty Associate
Location: Hyderabad
Responsibilities:
- Deliver training in embedded C, microcontrollers, and firmware (Automotive & IoT focus)
- Conduct hands-on labs with sensors, actuators, and debugging tools
- Mentor students on end-to-end embedded projects
- Align curriculum with industry trends (IoT, TinyML, Embedded Security)
- Ensure continuous assessment and industry-ready outcomes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- M.Tech./M.S. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field
- 4+ years of experience in embedded systems/firmware development
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, MCU architectures, and RTOS
- Experience with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, USB)
- Hands-on experience with debugging tools and development environments
- Opportunity to enroll in a Ph.D. program within the University
