Eligibility for B.Des in Design Innovation
Important: All Applicants to UG programmes who have completed Class 12 under IB, Cambridge, or any other international curriculum must submit a UGC Equivalence Certificate by 30 August 2026. Failure to do so will result in automatic cancellation of admission.

Eligibility
Candidates interested in the B.Design course must meet the prescribed B.Des course eligibility criteria to ensure they have the required academic foundation. Detailed guidelines for eligibility are provided to help aspiring students prepare their applications
- 10+2 or equivalent from any statutory board OR equivalent grade for the students from IB or other approved Boards.
- In-Person Interview: Mandatory for both B.Des and M.Des applicants
- Additional Consideration: Weightage will be given to candidates with UCEED and CEED scores
- 10+2 or equivalent from any statutory board with 80% OR equivalent grade for the students from IB or other approved Boards.
OR
- Valid UCEED/ NID/ NIFT entrance scores 2025 examination score
Followed by Panel Interview for Shortlisted candidates
