Prospectus and Fee Refund Policy
Timeframe for Refund
The refund amount depends on the time of withdrawal of admission:
- 15 days or more before the formally notified last date of admission:
Refund: 100% of the fee paid, excluding a processing charge of up to ₹1,000. - Less than 15 days before the formally notified last date of admission:
Refund: 90% of the total fee paid. - 15 days or less after the formally notified last date of admission:
Refund: 80% of the total fee paid. - 16–30 days after the formally notified last date of admission:
Refund: 50% of the total fee paid. - Beyond 30 days after the formally notified last date of admission:
Refund: No refund will be provided.
Application Process
Refund requests will be processed within 15 working days of the application submission date.
The student must submit a written application for withdrawal of admission along with the necessary supporting documents.
- Other Considerations
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method, to the account of the student or the person who made the payment.
- Any other charges incurred during admission (e.g., hostel or transport fees) will be refunded in accordance with the university’s specific policies for such services.
*Special Circumstances - In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or natural calamities, the university may consider deviations from the standard policy on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval by the university management.
