She holds a P.G.D.I.E. (Master’s) from NITIE Mumbai and an Executive Fellowship in Management (doctorate) from ISB Hyderabad, and her recent work and publications focus on digital transformation in the public sector, skill development and employment of older workers, women in technology and leadership, and knowledge management.

Jyothi Rani Korem
Professor of Practice
Dr Jyothi R Korem is a Professor of Practice at Mahindra University – School of Management.
Dr. Korem has more than 25 years of experience in leading technology-led business transformation engagements across various industries in different parts of the world. She has led more than 40 business transformation engagements including a billion-dollar transformation program for a public service organization. She worked closely with CXOs in various industries across geographies.
She brings unique perspective to digital transformation having worked across the value chain – product, consulting, and IT service organizations.
She most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at a fintech startup headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
