Ms. Anagha Tobi is an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at Mahindra University, Hyderabad. She has submitted her Ph.D. in Economics at the University of Hyderabad on “Economic Growth and Income Distribution: An Assessment of the Development Thoughts in Post‑Independent India,” and her interests span Indian economy, macroeconomics, development economics, and classical political economy.

Anagha Tobi

Assistant Professor

I am currently an Assistant Professor in Economics at Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, Mahindra University, Hyderabad. I have submitted my doctoral thesis in Economics from University of Hyderabad titled, “Economic Growth and Income Distribution: An Assessment of the Development Thoughts in Post-Independent India”. The thesis was an embodiment of Indian Economy, Development Economics, Economics of Growth and Post Keynesian Macro Economics.

I am keen on the areas of Indian Economy, Macro Economics, Development Economics and Classical Political Economy. In future, my interest is to continue researching in these areas.
