Announcing monetisation of M&M shares received as endowment contribution
Hyderabad, 13 August 2026: Mahindra University and Mahindra Educational Institutions announce the completion of the sale of the Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M) equity shares received as an endowment contribution from Anuradha and Anand Mahindra. The shares were sold through the stock exchange, and the proceeds will be used towards the University’s educational and charitable objectives, including infrastructure, scholarships, research, student aid and academic initiatives.
The sale completes the monetisation of the M&M shares received as part of the endowment contribution.
