Vivek Sehrawat

Dr. Vivek Sehrawat is an Associate Professor of Law at Mahindra University since December 2021, specializing in national security, international humanitarian law, international law, and tort law. ​ He holds an SJD from the University of Kansas, an LLM from UC Davis, and previously served as founding faculty at BML Munjal University after research roles at UC Davis and Kansas.

Vivek Sehrawat

Associate Professor

Vivek Sehrawat is an Associate Professor of Law. He has extensive research and publication. experience in legal issues relating to national security, international humanitarian law, international law, and Tort’s law. Before coming to Mahindra University, he was a founding faculty at BML Munjal University. Vivek was a Research Scholar at the University of California, Davis. At Davis, he worked on the projects of UN Human Rights in the field of cultural rights with Special Rapporteur Karima Bennoune.

Vivek received his SJD from University of Kansas with distinction. He conducted extensive research on drones during his SJD. Vivek worked as a research assistant and teaching assistant during his SJD.

He was a board member of the King Hall International Law Association at University of California, Davis. He served as a judge for the Pritikin Award at University of California, Davis Journal of International Law and Policy and on the editorial board of the UC Davis Business Law Journal during his LL.M.
