Dr. Sulakshya Gaur is an Assistant Professor of Civil Engineering at Mahindra University, specializing in construction management, mega projects, stakeholder management, BIM applications and LEAN construction. He earned his Ph.D. (VNIT Nagpur, 2024) on a BIM‑based stakeholder performance index, holds M.Tech (CTM, NITTTR Bhopal) and B.Tech (JUIT Solan), previously taught at G H Raisoni College of Engineering and Sagar Institute of Research Technology‑Excellence, won Best Paper at the 10th World Construction Symposium 2022, and has multiple journal and conference publications on BIM‑enabled risk management, stakeholder evaluation and sustainable, energy‑efficient construction strategies.

Sulakshya Gaur
Assistant Professor
Dr. Sulakshya Gaur is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering, Mahindra University, Hyderabad. He has completed his PhD in Civil Engineering (with the specialization in Construction Management) from VNIT Nagpur in February 2024. Prior to joining Mahindra University, he worked as an Assistant Professor in the Civil Engineering Department of G H Raisoni College of Engineering, Nagpur.
During his PhD tenure, Dr. Gaur has published his research works in several reputed journals. He has also presented his research in various National and International conferences. His paper was also the recipient of the Award for the Best Paper during the 10th World Construction Symposium (WCS-2022) held at Sri Lanka.
His research interests align with the management of construction projects, especially mega construction projects, Stakeholder management on mega construction projects, Applications of BIM in the project management, and LEAN construction.
