Faculty Positions
Mahindra University’s School of Design Innovation (SoDI) is inviting applications from experienced academicians and industry professionals for faculty positions. We are looking for ideal candidates who are eager to create a paradigm shift in design pedagogy, facilitate dynamic career paths for students, and prepare them for the ever-evolving technological landscape in the following specializations:
- Industrial Design
- Communication Design
- Interaction Design
- Apparel Design
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting advanced research in Design Innovation.
- Teaching and mentoring students in B Des, M Des, and Ph.D. programs.
- Developing and delivering innovative curricula and courses.
- Collaborating with industry partners and partnering with faculty of all disciplines in the University.
- Publishing research findings in reputed journals and conferences.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D.holders are highly encouraged to apply.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design from reputed institutions is a must.
- Candidates without a PhD but with 4+ years of practice/industrial experience are also welcome to apply.
- Non-PhD faculty will have the opportunity to enroll in a part-time PhD program at SoDI, Mahindra University, Hyderabad.
