Faculty Position
We invite applications for faculty positions in the area of High-Power Microwave (HPM) and Directed RF Energy Systems.
Essential Qualifications
- Ph.D. from a reputed institute/university in Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, RF & Microwave Engineering, or related areas.
- Strong experimental expertise in HPM and directed RF energy systems.
- Proven experience in sponsored or research projects related to HPM systems, pulsed power, RF/microwave engineering, or directed energy technologies.
- Good publication/system development record in reputed journals/conferences/patents.
Desired Expertise
- High-power microwave and directed RF energy systems
- Microwave and millimeter-wave engineering
- Pulsed power and high-voltage systems
- RF subsystem design, testing, and integration
- Electromagnetic simulation tools (CST/HFSS/ADS etc.)
Responsibilities
- Teaching UG/PG courses
- Establishing advanced experimental research facilities in the mentioned areas
- Guiding students and pursuing funded research projects
- Collaborating with industry and DRDO
