Parth Sharma
Assistant Professor
Parth Sharma is an Assistant Professor at the School of Law, Mahindra University, Hyderabad. He holds an M.Phil in Law from CHRIST (Deemed to be) University, Bengaluru, along with an LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law, a B.A. LL.B. (Hons.), and a PG Diploma in Consumer Law and Practice. He is also UGC-NET qualified in Law and was a LAMP Fellow during 2014–15. Prior to joining Mahindra University, he served as Assistant Professor at Symbiosis Law School, Nagpur, Christ Academy Institute of Law, Bengaluru, and the School of Law at CHRIST University, Bengaluru. His academic and research interests span Constitutional Law, Media Law, Consumer Law, privacy, digital governance, and technology law. He has authored several research publications, book chapters, and legal reference works focusing on media democracy, artificial intelligence in healthcare, privacy in digital India, cybersecurity, and consumer dispute resolution.
