Brindha Srinivasan is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Mahindra University. Brindha Srinivasan
Assistant Professor
Brindha Srinivasan is an Assistant Professor at the Centre for Entrepreneurship & Innovation, Mahindra University. She completed her Ph.D. in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode, where her doctoral research examined the micro-foundations of entrepreneurial actions. Her broader research interests include entrepreneurial well-being, behavior crafting, entrepreneurial cognition, happiness, serendipity, motivation, and environmental sustainability.
Her work draws on both quantitative and qualitative approaches. Before joining Mahindra University, she worked at the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay, where she managed the Groww INV.ENT pre-incubation program for early-stage student ventures, and contributed to program research and longitudinal evaluation.
She has also been a Visiting Research Scholar at the University of Essex and a research intern at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. Her research has been presented at leading entrepreneurship and management conferences, including the Babson Conference and the Academy of Management.

Brindha’s research examines how entrepreneurs navigate their everyday work and personal lives. She is interested in the everyday actions entrepreneurs take to shape their work and non-work experiences, and how these actions influence their ventures and personal well-being. Her research particularly focuses on entrepreneurial well-being and behaviour crafting, exploring how entrepreneurs can actively use their agency to create better work and non-work experiences. She is also interested in understanding the unique experiences of social entrepreneurs.
