Dr. Pratyush Yadav is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems at the School of Management, Mahindra University. His research spans natural language processing, generative AI, computational social systems, human–AI interaction, network analytics, and knowledge discovery. His current work examines digital distractions, LLM-based simulations, AI-driven conflict detection, and human–AI collaboration. He teaches courses in information systems, data analytics, social network analysis, computing, and AI-enabled business applications.

Pratyush Yadav

Assistant Professor

Dr. Pratyush Yadav is an Assistant Professor at the School of Management, Mahindra University. He holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras and previously served as a Research Fellow at the National University of Singapore. His research lies at the intersection of information systems, artificial intelligence, and computational social science, with particular interests in natural language processing, generative AI, human–AI interaction, network analytics, and knowledge discovery.

His current research examines how individuals and groups interact with AI and digital technologies, with ongoing work on digital distractions, AI-driven team conflict detection, LLM-based opinion dynamics simulations, and human–AI collaboration.

His research has been published in journals including IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems, Journal of Informetrics, Quality & Quantity, and International Journal of Organizational Analysis. He has also presented his work at leading international conferences including ICIS, PACIS, ECIS, HICSS, and INFORMS. His teaching interests include courses in information systems, computing, data warehousing, and data visualization, AI and ML capabilities for business and network analytics.
