From starting as a dynamic Management Trainee transitioning to leadership roles culminating in his role as the Head of Housekeeping at premier luxury hotel. His extensive journey with ITC also includes pivotal tenures at Mumbai, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Bengaluru etc. showcasing his diverse leadership across India’s top luxury properties.
Notably, Prateek played a crucial role in the pre-opening phases of iconic luxury hotels that now stand as landmarks in the country. This invaluable experience highlights his profound understanding of operational excellence from the ground up.
