Developing Strategic Agility

Strategy decisions taken by Senior Executives have long-term implications for the firm’s future growth & profitability. This Programs will help participants to develop knowledge & skills in the application of advanced frameworks & concepts, for making strategic & organizational choices at the Business Unit Level. Faculty Member:

Atul Nerkar is a Visiting Faculty in Executive Education, at Mahindra University. He is Jeffrey Allred Distinguished Scholar, and Professor of Strategy & Entrepreneurship, at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, USA. Dr Nerkar was the former Associate Dean of the Executive MBA Evening and Weekend Programs at UNC Kenan-Flagler.

This Programs is an Action-Learning Workshop. The emphasis is on “applying the knowledge” learned during the Programs to develop a “plan of action” that can be pursued for implementation, once participants return to their regular jobs.
