Assistant Professor
Dr. Krishna Dixit is an Assistant Professor specializing in Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and Innovation Management. She completed her Fellow Programme in Management (FPM) from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII), Gandhinagar. Her research focuses on entrepreneurial behavior, financial transparency, knowledge management, and sustainable firm performance, with a particular interest in emerging economies and SME contexts.
Dr. Dixit has published in reputed ABDC-indexed and SSCI journals, including Technology in Society and Human Resource Development International. Her ongoing research explores themes such as informal firm behavior, global value chains, and the role of AI in enhancing firm capabilities.
She has teaching experience at institutions such as the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Hyderabad, and EDII, where he has taught courses in Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship, and Family Business. Her pedagogy integrates case-based learning, simulations, and experiential approaches to foster critical thinking among students. Beyond academia, Dr. Dixit has actively contributed to the research community through conference organization and leadership roles, including serving as President of the Entrepreneurship Research Network at EDII.
