Dr. Sherlin Suresh is an Assistant Professor of French at the School of Humanities, Mahindra University, specializing in Teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE) with a research focus on dynamic assessment to improve learners’ writing skills in the Indian context. She completed her B.A. (Hons.), M.A., and Ph.D. in French from the English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad, has taught French at institutions such as SVP National Police Academy, GITAM University, Mahindra École Centrale, and IIHM Hyderabad, and has published several articles on dynamic evaluation, corrective feedback, and developing written competence in FLE.

Sherlin Suresh
Assistant Professor
Sherlin Suresh is an Assistant Professor of French at the School of Humanities, Mahindra University. She has experience in the field of Language Teaching and her research domain is in the area of Teaching French as a Foreign Language (FLE).
She completed her Masters in French from English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad in 2014. She pursued her Phd in French from the same University. The topic of her research was « Evaluation Dynamique : vers une pratique renouvelée de la production écrite des apprenants de FLE en Inde ». In her thesis she worked on investigating the possibilities of using dynamic assessment to improve writing skills of learners of French in the Indian context. She has presented papers and attended workshops on areas related to her research.
