Sandhya Banda is an Assistant Professor in the Marketing area at the Mahindra University. Her research lies within the area of empirical marketing strategy. Her research interests include New-Age Technologies (specific to Drones), Stakeholder Engagement, Product Returns and their impact on marketing outcomes. She focuses on real-world marketing problems and employs multiple sources of data and empirical methods to provide solutions. She uses quantitative and qualitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, econometric analysis, and machine learning.
Sandhya’s ongoing research projects include the empirical evaluation the drones as last mile delivery option and an investigation of stakeholder engagement on firm performance She has published her research in top marketing and international business journals.
