The Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) at Mahindra University is a five-year professional programme aligned with Council of Architecture (COA) guidelines. Through a blend of design, technology, sustainability, and professional practice, the programme develops creative and socially responsible architects. With a strong focus on studio-based and experiential learning, students gain hands-on experience through design studios, site studies, internships, workshops, and thesis projects. Eligibility
Applicants must have completed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subject.
- NATA / JEE (Paper 2) scores as per Council of Architecture (CoA) guidelines.
- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) degree programme extends over Five academic years (10 semesters) leading to the Degree of Bachelor of Architecture at Mahindra University.
Fee Structure
- Academic Fee: ₹5,00,000 per annum
- Hostel Fee: ₹1,70,000 per annum
- Caution Deposit: ₹20,000 (one-time)
