Mahindra University invites applications for a faculty positions in emerging and high-impact areas of Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
Faculty Position 1: Construction Management with a specialization in Sustainability
Faculty Position 2: Remote Sensing &GIS / Construction Management with a focus on Information Technology or Digital Twins.
Construction Management with a specialization in Sustainability
- Research focus on circular economy in construction
- Carbon sequestration in building materials
- Development of Net-Zero infrastructure frameworks
- Exposure to green building certifications (LEED, GRIHA)
- Experience with relevant tools such as One Click LCA, GaBi, etc.
Remote Sensing &GIS / Construction Management with a focus on Information Technology or Digital Twins.
- Expertise in 4D/5D BIM and Digital Twins
- Experience in infrastructure health monitoring and automated progress tracking
- Integration of BIM with IoT and reality capture technologies (UAV/LiDAR)
- Experience with relevant tools such as Revit, Navisworks, Synchro, etc.
Eligibility: PhD in Civil Engineering / Construction Management / Remote Sensing & GIS or related domains, with a strong research orientation.
