PreMahindra University is inviting applications for the role of Assistant/Deputy Manager – Corporate Relations.

Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager

Department: Corporate Relations

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

Experience: 3-8 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for internships, placements, and collaborations
  • Coordinate campus recruitment drives and corporate engagement events
  • Contribute to building a strong employer brand for the university
  • Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, and panel discussions
  • Engage with alumni to enhance mentorship programs, career guidance, and placement support
  • Support data management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate relations efforts with academic goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA preferred; bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience will also be considered
  • Prior experience in universities, colleges, or educational institutions preferred
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with legal industry trends and recruitment practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
