Applications are invited for filling up the following post of JRF for a project funded by Mahindra University. The details of the project and essential skillset required from the applicants are mentioned below.
Trajectory Generation and Implantation on a Compliant Humanoid Robot: The project involves development of motion trajectories for a Biped robot using MATLAB, or C/C++, and implementation of on Humanoid robot BRUCE for getting various locomotions such as walking, jumping, obstacle crossing etc.
Number of Positions: 01
Duration of the project: 2 year (extendable based performance of the candidate).
Note: If the candidate fulfils the Institute criteria, admission in Ph.D. may be considered.
Essential qualification: MTech in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics and Communications, Robotics, B Tech students with strong fundamentals in the requires fields will also be considered.
Embedded systems, Programming in MATLAB & Simulink/Python/C/C++.
Knowledge related to robot kinematics and dynamics.
Experience in image processing and SLAM is an additional advantage.
Salary: CTC 4 to 5 lakhs.
