Job Title: Assistant/Deputy Manager
Department: Corporate Relations
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
Experience: 3-8 years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners for internships, placements, and collaborations
- Coordinate campus recruitment drives and corporate engagement events
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand for the university
- Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, and panel discussions
- Engage with alumni to enhance mentorship programs, career guidance, and placement support
- Support data management, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Collaborate with internal teams to align corporate relations efforts with academic goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- MBA preferred; bachelor’s degree or equivalent with relevant experience will also be considered
- Prior experience in universities, colleges, or educational institutions preferred
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with legal industry trends and recruitment practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
