Dr Mukesh Jain is a visiting faculty in Executive Education, at Mahindra University. He is also Visiting faculty with various institutions of National importance in India on the subjects of Public Policy, Good Governance, Subjective Wellbeing and Role of Happiness and Positivity in Leadership.

He has taught in more than 300 workshops on the Science of Happiness for senior executives of Public and Private Sector, at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (Mussoorie), National Police Academy (Hyderabad), Indian Institute of Public Administration (Delhi), International Management Institute, Management Development Institute (Gurugram), Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), and many others.

He is a senior civil servant belonging to the Indian Police Service. He has held various challenging assignments in Central & State Governments in India and spearheading an initiative of national importance: ‘Accessible India Campaign’. Most recently, he has been Special Director General of Police, for Madhya Pradesh. He has worked for more than 30 years as a senior civil servant, and held important roles in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Ministry of Power, Ministry of State, Commerce & Industries, Ministry of External Affairs, and Ministry of Home Affairs. He brings unique insights from the field, from his long experience.

He has authored 2 books:

    He is an alumnus of the Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government, where he obtained the Master of Public Administration. He is an MBA from the IIM Ahmedabad and PhD from IIT Delhi, Department of management studies.

Dr. Avinash Jhangiani is a visiting faculty in Executive Education at Mahindra University. He is a senior award-winning design-led innovation and digital transformation leader with more than two decades of experience in USA and India with Big 4 US Consulting, large MNC (Chief Information Officer) and global marketing agency (Managing Director and Chief Innovation Officer).

From the time Jhangiani won Deloitte CEO’s Innovation Quest Award in the US for his idea on Enterprise Sustainability Services in 2006 to leading the digital and mobility team at Omnicom Group’s agency – PHD Media – that took home 4 Gold Lions along with a Grand Prix at Cannes Lions festival of creativity in 2014, he has been at the forefront of driving disruptive innovation for global brands and businesses.

As founder CEO and Chief Facilitator of Play2Transform Group, Jhangiani uses principles of human-centric design and play as a catalyst to accelerate innovation and transformation. These strategic training, workshop, coaching, and consulting services activate new age mindsets while fostering a culture of co-creation, empathy, disruptive creativity and agility for large enterprises across industries, such as Amazon, HP, LinkedIn, Cipla, Coursera, Deutsche Bank, Essar Group, Belden, Tata Communications, InMobi, Dentsu Inc, Samsung, among others.

He also serves as a senior Design Thinking and Leadership faculty at Emeritus’ ISB and Wiley’s IIM Lucknow Executive Education Programs, NMIMS, S. P. Jain School of Global Management, among others. Jhangiani obtained his Master of Business Administration degree from Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh, USA, and a doctoral degree in business administration with a specialization in play and design-led innovation from Swiss School of Business and Management Geneva, Switzerland.

As a part of a large social impact project called ‘Dream On, India!’, Jhangiani curated India’s first Book of Dreams co-authored by more than 10,000 children, that has been endorsed by ASG, Supreme Court of India and a Nobel Peace Laureate. He is the author of the refreshing, best-selling leadership book titled, ‘Play to Transform: How Your Inner Child Can Accelerate Change and Rehumanize Business’, published by Penguin Random House and endorsed by Sam Pitroda, Harsh Mariwala, Dr Raghunath Mashelkar, among others notable visionaries.

Dr. Shivdasini S Amin is a distinguished academic leader and globally recognized executive coach with a Ph.D. in Quality Management in Higher Education, a PG Diploma in Industrial Relations & Personnel Management, and multiple professional accreditations including Master Certified Coach (ICF), MNLP, and Master Trainer & Facilitator. She currently serves as Professor & Head of the Global Centre for Enterprise Risk Management at Mahindra University, where she champions thought leadership, industry collaboration, and transformative education in the area of risk and leadership development. Dr. Amin is also a seasoned TEDx Organizer and Curator for editions in 2025, 2024, 2023, and 2015, committed to amplifying voices and ideas shaping the future.

She mentors the University’s Student Council, fostering leadership development, student governance, and youth empowerment. Dr Amin also oversees the university’s collaboration with YourDOST, ensuring comprehensive support for 6,000+ students’ mental and emotional well-being through counselling, wellness initiatives, and preventive mental health programs.

She heads the core committee that organizes the annual convocation and is also a member of the ROOTS Cultural Festival committee, contributing to strategic planning, experiential learning, and the holistic development of the campus community. She also heads the Padcare initiative on the campus.

Dr Pramod Mantravadi has overall experience of 32 years in industry and academics. He is currently Professor and Head – Centre for Executive Education at Mahindra University.

He was previously, Director – Executive Education at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad, for 13 years. He was also a member of the Management Group of ISB. He played a key role in growing the Executive Education at ISB, to market leadership position among B-schools in India.

He had also worked earlier with ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad as Associate Professor of Finance, and as a visiting faculty at NALSAR University and NICMAR.

He was also an independent consultant in the area of Executive Education, advising Business Schools and other start-up firms in Executive Education India.

Prior to joining academics, he had worked in the Indian industry for 10 years, in various functional areas at senior management positions. He had also worked in USA for two years, as Project Manager and e-business Consultant in the software industry.

A staunch advocate of design thinking in all walks of life, and coming from a business background, Prof. Ismail Akbani is passionate about promoting the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation among the youth. With over 13 years of professional experience, he has actively engaged with the startup ecosystem for over a decade. He has received multiple grants from the Govt. of India for entrepreneurship promotion initiatives.

Prof. Rajkumar Phatate can be described as a passionate entrepreneurship trainer, educator and a lifelong learner. He has been working in the field of entrepreneurship development from last more than 35 years at both national and international level. He has conducted large number of training programmes for potential and existing entrepreneurs enabling start-ups and growth.

Considering his expertise in training, Government of India through EDII appointed him as a Technical Advisor to set up Vietnam India Entrepreneurship Development Centre (VIEDC) at Hanoi-Vietnam where he was stationed for three years. Internationally he has conducted training programmes for entrepreneurs at Vietnam, Laos, Thailand, Combodia and China.

With a view to gain authenticity in his teachings, Prof. Phatate experienced entrepreneurship himself by starting and running a manufacturing enterprise named Rutuja Trimmings at Pune before exiting from it after running it for 10 years in 2007. He also serves as an Advisor to “Toe-Hold Artisans Collaborative (TAC)” which is a group enterprise of Kolhapuri footwear artisans and exports its’ footwear to USA, Japan, Italy Korea etc.

Dr. Abhishek Sinha is a passionate management educator and finance practitioner with over two decades of experience across equity research, financial consulting, and management and entrepreneurial education. Currently serving as Assistant Professor at Mahindra University, Hyderabad, he is an Entrepreneurial Finance evangelist, helping bridge the gap between theory and real-world finance.
