Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support research and laboratory operations in the Biotechnology domain. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining laboratory equipment, preparing reagents, and assisting in experimental procedures related to plant tissue culture, microbiology, and molecular biology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in conducting experiments related to plant cell culture, microbiology, and molecular biology.
  • Prepare and maintain culture media, buffers, reagents, and other laboratory chemicals.
  • Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment such as centrifuges, laminar air flow systems, electrophoresis units, incubator shakers, UV spectrometers, HPLC, and PCR machines.
  • Ensure proper sterilization and cleanliness of lab equipment and workspaces.
  • Monitor plant growth conditions and maintain culture stocks.
  • Record experimental data accurately and maintain laboratory documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist faculty/research staff in ongoing research projects.
  • Manage inventory of laboratory consumables and place requirements when needed.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of plant tissue culture techniques and microbiological methods.
  • Hands-on experience with molecular biology techniques such as PCR and electrophoresis.
  • Familiarity with handling advanced laboratory instruments (HPLC, spectrophotometer, etc.).
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain lab standards.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for laboratory equipment.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Life Sciences, preferably Biotechnology or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a biotechnology laboratory (academic or industry).

Preferred Attributes:

  • Prior experience in academic research labs.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

      Key Responsibilities:

      Student Accounting & Fee Management:

      • Manage all aspects of student accounting, including processing fee payments, refunds, and reconciliations.
      • Interact with students and parents to address queries related to fee payments and receipts.
      • Coordinate with banks to resolve issues related to unidentified receipts and ensure proper accounting of the same.

      Internal Coordination:

      Financial Reporting & MIS:

      Audit & Compliance:

      • Coordinate with internal and external auditors, providing necessary information and support for the smooth conduct of audits.
      • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.

      Miscellaneous Fee Accounting:

      • Review and account for miscellaneous fees related to student activities and other services.
      • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all financial transactions related to miscellaneous fees.

      Technology & Process Improvement:

      • Leverage ERP systems to manage student fee collections and financial transactions efficiently.
      • Utilize Microsoft Tools for data analysis, reporting, and process automation.
      • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of efficient financial workflows.

      Qualifications and Experience:

      • Postgraduate in Commerce (M.Com) / MBA with Finance, or Semi-qualified CA/ICWA.
      • 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience in accounting and finance.
      • Prior experience in an educational institution or similar environment.
      • Exposure to ERP systems, especially in managing financial transactions and reporting.
      • Experience in coordinating with auditors and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

        Key Responsibilities:

        • Capture professional photography of academic events, conferences, convocation, and institutional activities

        • Create visual documentation of campus infrastructure, laboratories, libraries, and research facilities

           Role Summary

          The Graphic Designer – Branding & Communication will be responsible for creating high-quality visual communication that strengthens the University’s brand presence across print and digital platforms. The role supports pan-India outreach initiatives through effective campaign design, brand consistency, and collaborative execution with internal teams and external partners.

          Key Responsibilities

          • Design and develop creatives for print and digital platforms including brochures, posters, flyers, banners, newsletters, presentations, social media creatives, digital advertisements, and campaign assets.
          • Create visually compelling designs aligned with the University’s brand identity, communication goals, and positioning.
          • Design, adapt, and manage logos, sub-brand identities, and other brand assets as per institutional requirements.
          • Ensure accuracy, quality, and visual consistency across all creative deliverables.
          • Ensure strict adherence to the University’s brand guidelines across all communication materials and act as a brand custodian.
          • Support the development, refinement, and documentation of brand guidelines for internal teams and external partners.
          • Collaborate closely with branding, marketing, admissions, academics, and other internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and timelines.
          • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and printers to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
          • Clearly communicate design concepts, ideas, and creative rationale, and incorporate feedback constructively while maintaining brand integrity.
          • Supervise and provide guidance, feedback, and quality checks.
          • Support process improvements and workflow efficiencies within the design function.
          • Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, tools, and emerging creative platforms, including AI-based design tools.
          • Manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of creativity and detail.

          Tools & Software

          • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and CorelDRAW
