Prof. Rozdeiczer

Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University and a former Program Director of Harvard Mediation Program and Senior Fellow of Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

He is a graduate of Harvard Law School and a leading expert in negotiation, mediation and arbitration practice, specializing in complex negotiations, dispute resolution and M&As, including multiparty mediation between companies and shareholders. As an advocate (admitted in the US, England and Poland), he has been representing the Polish Government and multiple Polish and international corporations in various transactions and disputes, with value exceeding USD 30 billion.

Prof. Rozdeiczer is the President of the Board of BATNA Group, a leading negotiation and group purchasing organization in Poland. Prof. Rozdeiczer has been a supervisory board member of number of companies. He is also a board member of several NGOs

Yago de la Cierva, Ph.D.

Senior Lecturer Dr. Yago de la Cierva is the head of the communication academic unit at IESE Business School. He teaches courses in crisis management and communication, public affairs and reputation, ESG risks management and public speaking in the MBA and the Master in Management, in Executive Education programs and in-company courses. He also teaches corporate communications in Bogotá, Lima, Montevideo, and Rome.

After his graduation in Law, he has dedicated all his professional life to the four branches of communications: journalism (he founded and directed the international TV news agency ROMEreports); corporate communication; university teaching; and crisis consultant, with particular emphasis in educational institutions like universities and schools.

His research is focused on crisis management, corporate communications in all its aspects, and events organization as a communicational tool. His last book is Leading companies through storms and crises (EUNSA, 2021). His new project is “How to ask for pardon and be pardoned”, on best practices in corporate apology and reputation restoration after a scandal.

ALBERTO RIBERA

Alberto Ribera is the academic director of the IESE Coaching Unit at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Spain. He teaches the MBA course “Personality and Leadership”, which received the 2009 IESE Award for Excellence, the Global Executive MBA course “Managing Oneself”; and executive courses on self-leadership, relationships management and executive coaching. He is the author or co-author of 9 books and more than 30 case-studies.

Alberto Ribera joined IESE in 2003 after a 15-year international career with the World Health Organisation, the European Commission and other multilateral organisations, in charge of projects in Africa, Southeast Asia and especially in the Middle East.

Dr. Ramakrishna Velamuri

Ramakrishna Velamuri is Professor and Dean, School of Management, Mahindra University. He was previously Chengwei Capital Professor of Entrepreneurship and Chair of the Strategy Entrepreneurship Department at the China Europe International Business School (CEIBA). He served as the Academic Director of the CEIBS Center for Entrepreneurship & Investment and of the CEIBS Global EMBA Programme. Prior to joining CEIBS in 2007, he worked for four years on the faculty of IESE Business School in Spain, where he was the Academic Director of the Global EMBA Programme. He is a visiting professor at the Indian School of Business (ISB), Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Bocconi University, and has taught at business schools in the US, Germany, Spain, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay, Egypt and Nigeria.

Prof. Rajeshwar Upadhyaya

Rajeshwar is a visiting faculty in Executive Education at Mahindra University. He is currently the Dean of Academy of Applied Emotional Intelligence (AAEI) an organization that drives transformational learning and is based out of Mumbai (India). He has also been a visiting faculty in Executive Education at ISB, KAIST, LBSNAA, SVPNPA, NAIR, IIPA, NISA. Rajeshwar has over 28 years of industry and consulting experience. He has consulted for business houses in India, South East Asia, and the USA. He has taught over 48,000 executives across Government, Public Sector, Private Sector. Participants in his programmes included executives from ESADE Business School, EADA, Spain, ESTM, Germany and RSM, Erasmus University. He also taught at School of Finance and Management, Oxford Brooks University, UK, Thunderbird, USA and SKOLKOVO Moscow Institute of Management, Russia.

Dr Mukesh Jain

Dr Mukesh Jain is a visiting faculty in Executive Education, at Mahindra University. He is also Visiting faculty with various institutions of National importance in India on the subjects of Public Policy, Good Governance, Subjective Wellbeing and Role of Happiness and Positivity in Leadership.

He has taught in more than 300 workshops on the Science of Happiness for senior executives of Public and Private Sector, at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (Mussoorie), National Police Academy (Hyderabad), Indian Institute of Public Administration (Delhi), International Management Institute, Management Development Institute (Gurugram), Indian School of Business (Hyderabad), and many others.
