Mahindra University Invites applications for the Faculty in Transportation Engineering:
Role: Faculty Position
Department: Civil Engineering
Duration: Full time
Location: Hyderabad
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering /Computer Science Engineering with a minimum first class or equivalent.
Master’s and Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering
Required / Desirable skills:
- The candidate is expected to teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the relevant discipline
- Must have demonstrated interest in any one of the specific areas mentioned below as evidenced by publications in peer-reviewed journals
- Expected to work on evolving curriculum and establish laboratories as necessary.
- Should be interested in writing research projects and collaborating with industry partners.
Required expertise areas:
- Intelligent Transportation Systems
- Applications of Machine Learning algorithms and deep learning techniques for ITS applications.
- Computer vision and Big data analytics for solving real-world transportation problems.
