Executive MBA
Overview
The program has the rigor of a full-time MBA and the flexibility to allow participants to work full-time. The aim is to admit a diverse set of students to facilitate great peer-learning during the program.
The ideal students for this EMBA program would be experienced executives or business owners with more than 5 years of work experience. They need to have a strong desire to excel, insatiable curiosity, a can-do attitude and the willingness to undertake this rigorous program while balancing family and work life.
The unique design of the program structure allows for participants from any city to enroll for the program.For 2 years they will have to commute to the School for weekly residencies that spans 6 terms.
The program will be anchored by experienced faculty drawn from various disciplines and geographies.
International Residency
Mahindra University has international collaborations with leading institutions around the world. Through these global collaborations, the university and School of management are able to stay updated of the most recent developments and advancements across various disciplines. Not only are these partnerships for students exchanges and immersions but also have a deep research engagement of faculty. Our faculty are thus exposed to latest research and they bring much of these to classroom teaching as well.
Executive MBA participants will have international residencies in Europe/Middle East/Singapore. These residencies combine teaching, industry trips, cultural immersion and guest speakers. Participants do take time out for fun activities as well.
