Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)
A Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is an essential component of the University, serving as a channel for students to address their concerns, complaints, and grievances. The SGRC is responsible for receiving grievances from students regarding academic, administrative, or personal matters. It ensures that complaints are processed promptly and fairly. The establishment of the SGRC underscores the commitment of the University to student welfare, transparency, and accountability.
The composition of SGRC constituted by the University vide Notification N0 34/MU dated 22nd March 2024 is:

The Ombudsperson as appointed by the University vide Notification No 24/MU dated 30th August 2023 is Prof. M Krishnamurthy, Deputy Director, TIFR Hyderabad Campus.
The students can reach out to the committee on sgrc@mahindrauniversity.edu.in and a portal to receive anonymous complaints has been setup in the institution’s ERP.
