Product of NALSAR Hyderabad, Prof. KR Chitrapu is best known for his pivotal role conceptualizing Intellectual Property Facilitation Centres (IPFCs) under the Ministry of MSME and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) as a enabler of public private partnership and also in part of a new age start up leading private law schools across the nation as a Dean and Professor.
Prior to entering academia associated with International Labor Organization Project (ILO) Projects on Elimination of Child labor, IP Horizons, IPR Law firm in Bangalore, KARVY Global Finance. He has had an transformative career at Indian School of Business (ISB) Centre for Entrepreneurship focused on applied research, models of entrepreneurship and their clinical application. Part of the team of conceptualized vision, strategy and articulated and secured buy-in from Govt, industry and academia for a collaborative research and innovation ecosystem in Hyderabad and secured significant government funding through T-Hub.
