Krishnakumari Palle (KK) has over 24+ years of experience in IT Services industry. She has extensive experience in delivery, operations, transformation , existing account growth, presales, solutions, and platforms development.
Have experience in large engagements including complex Multi Service Integration engagements, Large IT Outsourcing, Transition, Business transformation, Development and Digital Engineering engagements. She has managed large global outsourcing engagements for Fortune 500 accounts across multiple geographies with complete P&L management and building & retaining high performance teams.
She has played diversified roles such as Delivery Head, Operations Head, Transformation Head, Platform owner, Presales Head, Engagement Manager and Architect. Started many of the firsts, first digital customer experience deal with a fortune 500 company, first automation deal with a top US customer, first fully remote transition for multi service line engagements covering infra, security and apps for large customer. She has been instrumental in building business unit from $1 Mn to $250+ Mn , to a fully integrated and consolidated unit to support aggressive growth.
She is member of the Board of Directors of Satyam Venture engineering services, Altavec. She has been part of Women on Board for Society – Cohort program across India. She speaks at internal and external forums on technical, digital and Women leadership topics. She is on POSH committee for other IT organizations and Mentor for CII – IWN EVEmpower Mentoring Initiative, Mentor for NGO for Girls education, Beyond Pinks and Deaf & Dumb foundation.
She holds M.S in Software Systems from BITS Pilani and B. Tech from NIT Warangal.
