Suresh Babu

Suresh is an entrepreneur in technology domain spanning his experience in wide range of domains including semiconductor, mobile, embedded, IoT, AI and health care technologies. He has successfully run Squid Systems which built the first ever data flow computing based high performance computing semiconductor technology company. He pioneered the technology into multiple products for surveillance, consumer electronics, automotive and broadcasting industries and exited through an acquisition by Invecas in 2016. He founded an online health care services firm during 2014 to 2016 and spearheaded their strategy and investments. Currently working as Vice President (Strategy, Business and Global Partnerships) at ATAI Labs, providing digital transformation solutions using applied AI methodologies for Maritime, Manufacturing and Logistics industry verticals. His current interests include Video, Artificial Intelligence based technology solutions spanning from Intellectual property to system solutions for media, entertainment, automotive and social media industries. He has a graduate degree in Engineering from NIT Warangal, Post graduate degree from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and pursued an executive MBA from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
