Mahindra University, in association with the University of Florida, conducted the Indo-US Workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science – Chapter 2, on 10^th December 2023. It was co-chaired by Sartaj Sahni, a Professor of Computer Science and Information Science Engineering, at the University of Florida. This was followed by various eminent academicians who are experts in their field, such as Arif I Sarwat Chaired Professor and Director of FPL-FIU Solar Facility and Energy, Power 6 Sustainability (EPS), who spoke on unleashing the Power of Artificial Intelligence-Based Microgrid: Mathematical Modeling to Physical Infrastructure, Sanguthevar Rajasekaran, Director, School of Computing, Board of Trustees Distinguished Professor, and Pratt & Whitney Choir Professor of CSE University of Connecticut, Storrs, whose talk was on Crucial Challenges in ML and Data Science, Devika Madalli, Professor of the Documentation Research and Training Centre, Indian  Statistical Institute and Adjunct faculty, DISI, University of Trento, Italy, whose title of the talk was DMP Frame for Research Data Management and other distinguished professors and academicians of repute shared their thoughts at the event.
