J.Lakshmi Charan is the Assistant Professor, Mahindra University School of Law. She is pursuing her PhD at Dr. B.R. Ambedkar College of Law, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. She has keen interest towards criminal law and authored several research papers in SCOPUS indexed journals and peer-reviewed journals. She also published a patent on Governance Framework for Modern Cyber Attacks deals with modern laws. She continues to research on the issues of gender studies, women rights, Issues and Challenges in the Medical and Forensic Aspects for effective implementation of rape laws.
