Alok Kshirsagar is a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company with extensive global experience advising leading organisations across Asia, Europe, and North America on performance improvement, organisational transformation, and large-scale change initiatives. Based out of McKinsey’s Mumbai office, he has also worked in the firm’s New York and London offices, and currently leads client service for several major multinationals and diversified businesses.
At McKinsey, Alok is a leader in the People & Organizational Performance Practice in Asia, where he focuses on unlocking human potential through capability building and implementation excellence. He has previously led significant firm initiatives, including the Asia Risk Management practice and McKinsey’s Asia Centre.
Beyond his consulting work, Alok serves on the board of several non-profit and policy organisations, including PRS Legislative Research and the National Association for the Blind in Karnataka. He is a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and contributes to educational and social initiatives across sectors.
Alok holds a BA in Economics from St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai, where he was a National Merit Scholar, and a postgraduate degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford as an Inlaks Scholar.
