Admissions Counsellor – Marketing & Admissions

Role: Associate/Admission Counsellors
Department: Marketing & Admissions
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate applications & admissions for various courses offered at the University
• Handle Students and Parents queries over Phone, e-mail & Chat Sessions
• Manage regular communication with students and parents through Mails, SMS & other mediums of communication
• Effectively manage leads allocated & maintain student communication record using CRM
• Represent University at various events, education fairs and forums
• Generating & Handling Walk Ins
• Building relationship with Schools / Junior colleges and Test Prep institutes in the allocated region
• Execute tasks allocated on back-end operations of Marketing & Admissions department

Preferred Candidate:

• Proficiency in Hindi Language
• Under-Graduation in any field
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work on and maintain databases
• Good MS-Office working skills
