Mahindra University's School of Law was founded in 2021 on the thought of justice, equality and service to all sections of society. With the changing needs in society, Law has become an important department that requires more focus and thought. The curriculum offers five years of integrated undergraduate programs like Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Law BA.- LL.B (Hons) and Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Law BBA. -LL.B (Hons) and LLB (Hons)* to cater to varied needs of the profession with distinguished faculty.

Under the Mahindra University umbrella, the Indira Mahindra School of Education (IMSE) has commenced its academic activities in 2021 with the Ph.D. program and intends to launch BSc.B.Ed*, BA. "To promote Research at an International Level of Excellence to extend the edge of Scientific Knowledge and Contribute to the Rise of a New India".With the aim to achieve the vision of Mahindra University, the faculty members of the university strive towards the development of Basic and Applied Research, which caters to the industrial needs, the training, and involvement of students. The research areas at MU are predominantly engineering-focused. With the unique orientation towards contributing to the rise of new leaders in India, MU has teams working in the fields of media, economics, and humanities. Around twenty research teams are involved in the different areas of research depending on the projects they are developing.
