Dr Nilanjan Banik, Professor of Finance and Economics, contributed a chapter to the book “Great Transition in Indian Society” titled “Inclusive Growth in India: Did We Succeed?” This book is entirely dedicated to the Indian economy. He analyses consumption spending data and its evolution through time in the chapter.

The book is published in Singapore by World Scientific Press. The majority of the authors are of Indian origin, and each chapter is topical.
