Civil engineering laboratory

The labs of the civil engineering department play a pivotal role that provide hands-on learning in shaping future engineers. The state-of-the-art laboratories allow students to apply classroom knowledge to real-world challenges. The department boasts of various dedicated labs having up to date and top-notch laboratory infrastructure. Design studio lab with a facility of AR/VR integration, Highway materials lab, GeoPave research lab, transportation system engineering lab, structural health monitoring lab, geotechnical engineering lab, concrete and advanced concrete lab, surveying lab are some of the labs set up at the University.

Apart from conventional labs, it also features specialized facilities like the materials hub for sustainable alternatives, the iMaS lab for intelligent mobility and transportation systems, and the ecosphere lab, which focuses on developing nature-based solutions aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Other key labs include InfraVision (for BIM and Digital Twin technologies), GEMS (for geospatial surveying), NDT Lab, and the crafting lab. Collectively, these laboratories equip students with physical and digital tools from field sensors and drone systems to advanced simulation software to confidently tackle real-world challenges in infrastructure development, sustainable resource management, and resilient urban planning.

Eligibility
  • Applicants must be employed professionals holding B. Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 60% aggregate marks.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of one year of work experience after the completion of the degree.

Fee structure
